Master is meant to train a manager that is able to develop strategical business paths that combine craftsmanship and professional specialized, logged and typical of high-end textile chain, with contemporary instances of the fashion and luxury market. This figure will combine business management and the development of innovation processes in the production, the contents in terms of product placement that belong to style innovative processes and redesign, innovation culture and marketing re-thinking and new means of communication.
The studies foster the development of a business manager who knows how to understand and define the new market mechanisms, derived from formal and intangible content of the product, such as socio – cultural value of the story of a factory, the places that where the human capital which owns the know-how have been developed. Therefore, at the end of the course, the managerial profile in “Management of design and communication for textile manufacture made in Italy” must have a cross-sectoral approach in setting up market strategies (involving quantitative and qualitative aspects of the enterprise’s administration) and must be strongly suited to lateral thinking in the drive and to set both the business processes of the new design for the semi-finished textile system.
