School: educational guidance. The article of IUL’s researcher Messuri is online

IUL’s researcher in general and social pedagogy, Immacolata Messuri, examines the issue of educational good practices in her article “Educational guidance: examples of best practices in education”, published in the scientific journal “Educational worlds” (VII-2-12/2017, vol.13).

The best practices identified by Messuri, through action research, are aimed at the valorisation and responsabilisation of the students.

The project “I get ready for the future”, coordinated by the school “I.C. 2” in Cassino, sprang out of this research. The mission of the project is to accompany students’ transition from lower to upper secondary school in order to make this step less traumatic.

The Educational guidance is based on educational and informative interventions aimed at providing students with the tools for an informed and responsible secondary school choice.
