Teaching career development: school’s middle managers

The research project is aimed at the study of “intermediate leadership” within Italian schools as a prerequisite for the recognition of middle management profiles and organizational roles also in the perspective of a differentiated development of the teaching career. In addition to qualifying the professional profile of middle managers, the research project also aims to quantify the incentive and selection strategies. In particular, some research questions concern aspects related to the enhancement and training of intermediate leaders in schools and/or school networks.
