Shared Leadership for Change – Community

Abstract

The community created by Indire in collaboration with IUL is a virtual environment dedicated to shared leadership for change, an organizational modality that diversifies the people involved in the decisions for a profitable change in the school system. In continuity with “Learning Leadership to change”, this project was started in order to create a space for discussion and confrontation on the subject, between all the actors of the school community: head teachers, teachers, students, parents and stakeholders on the territory. Users will have the opportunity to deepen the concept of “shared leadership”, participate in webinars with industry experts and discuss in a constantly updated environment.
