Abstract

The research analyses the state of the art relating to the customer experience and the outside-in approach, in order to experiment innovative development methods for a profitable relationship between advertising agencies, creatives and consumers. The project presents the main experimentations and outlines the trends related to the development of new technologies within the advertising sector to strengthen the relationship between the customer and the advertising agency.
