Management – Economics, Leadership and Digital Skills – VIII edition
The 1st level professional master course Management – Economics, Leadership and Digital Skills is born out of the partnership between IUL online university and the 24 ore Business School.
The connection between university and the world of business is nowadays necessary, more than ever. University courses should form the new professional figures able to play apical roles in public and private companies and institutes, such as managers and head teachers.
The course provides tools and competences to enhance professional ability in the General Management sector. In particular it focuses on:
- leadership,
- digital e social skills,
- business economy,
- digital transformation.
The professional master course is addressed to managers, hear teachers and all those wishing to enhance their professional knowledge in the area of management, entrepreneurship and governance of complex organisations.
The course is addressed to a limited number of students upon selection of the applications and telephone motivational interview. The minimum qualification required is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent title. Students holding a secondary school diploma can take part in the course as auditors and receive a certificate of participation by the end of the course. The minimum number of participants for course activation is 20.
The total fee, including application fee, attendance and final exam is € 2,800.00 + 22% VAT for a total of € 3,416.00 payable in two instalments:
- €1.708,00 to be paid at the beginning of the course
- €1.708,00 euro to be paid by 15 March 2020.

It will also be necessary to complete the registration for the Course with the University through the GOMP student portal (https://gomp.iuline.it/). The registration procedure is described in detail in the Guide published on the institutional website together with this course description. Once the application has been completed online, it will be necessary to print it, sign it and then the signed copy must be sent, with a revenue stamp of 16.00 euros, to the postal address “IUL online university, VIA M. BUONARROTI , 10 – 50122 FLORENCE ” mandatorily indicating the purpose of the payment:
“Registration MA1 – MANAGEMENT VIIII edition – name and surname”.

IUL training model – that is flexible, customizable and based on the students’ previous knowledge and experience – foresees lectures and interactive teaching (forums, etivity, etc.) for each module.
During the entire training course the course tutor, a support figure with transversal skills, is provided. The tutor supports students in the use of the communication/training environment and mediates between the students and the actors of the training path ( Administrative and Academic office, teachers, disciplinary tutors and students).
At the end of the training course, a project work is foreseen. This involves the development of an individual research work, starting from one of the topics addressed during the master. At course completion, a final thesis – agreed with one of the teachers of the master – will be discussed in person at Rome’s IUL office, via Guidubaldo del Monte 54, 00197.
The final grade will be the result of the weighted average of the assessments provided by the teachers of the individual modules and the final thesis.
The course has a duration of 1 year, for a total workload of 1,500 hours and issues 60 ECTS credits.
The 1,500 hours include self-studying time, the final project work (or internship) and interactive learning.
1 ECTS accounts for 25 hours of student’s work, including synchronous or asynchronous laboratories (forum etc.), individual study and final project work or internship.
