Administration, Finance and Audit – V edition

The Professional Master Course “Administration, Finance and Audit” is born out of the partnership between 24 ORE Business School and Università Telematica degli Studi IUL and aims to provide the necessary knowledge to manage the main tools for accountability, finance and business audit.

The course provides key knowledge and tools for good financial governance of private, public and third sector businesses.

Variety of contents, flexibility and interactive didactic methods are the main characteristics of this course, designed to address the needs of managers and professionals who need to balance professional development with work.

The 1st level professional master course is conceived to improve competences of those who, being responsible of a complex structure or part of it, administrates its finances.

 In particular, the course provides the ability to:

  • Understand the structure of the financial statements and the informative value of the individual items composing it ;
  • translate financial statement items into company performance indicators and express an opinion on the economic balance of the company
  • carry out correct financial analysis to assess and contain liquidity risks, protect the debt-to-capital ratio and make appropriate investments and development policies;
  • draft a suitable Business Plan for internal management and for the external presentation of entrepreneurial activity;
  • acquire the tools that are the basis of corporate control, from the components of the budget process to the monitoring of company results, and the analysis of any deviations.

The course is addressed to professionals entrepreneurs, top and middle managers wishing to expand their training in the area of corporate finance.

The minimum qualification required is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent title. Students holding a secondary school diploma can take part in the course as auditors and receive a certificate of participation by the end of the course. The minimum number of participants for course activation is 20.

The total fee for the course is € 2,800 + VAT = 3,416.00 payable in two instalments:

  • € 1,708.00 to be paid upon the starting date of the course
  • € 1,708.00 to be paid by 15/02/20

IUL training model, flexible, customizable and based on the students’ previous knowledge and experience, foresees lectures and interactive teaching (forums, etivity, etc.) for each module.

During the entire training course, the course tutor, a support figure with transversal skills, is provided. The tutor supports students in the use of the communication/training environment and mediates between the students and the actors of the training path (Administrative and Academic office, teachers, disciplinary tutors and students).

At the end of the training course, a project work is foreseen. This involves the development of an individual research work, starting from one of the topics addressed during the master. At course completion, a final thesis – agreed with one of the teachers of the master – will be discussed in person at Rome’s IUL office, in via Guidubaldo del Monte 54, 00197.

The final grade will be the result of the weighted average of the assessments provided by the teachers of the individual modules and the final thesis.

The course has a duration of 1,500 hours and grants 60 ECTS.
