The Level I Master’s Degree in Bioeconomy and Sustainability Management is designed to train the professional profile of future ‘Bioeconomy and Sustainability Managers’, i.e. the new managers of those bioeconomy, environmental, social and corporate governance factors that will increasingly qualify and innovate a business as sustainable.The Sustainability Manager is an innovative profile whose objective is to promote and manage the ecological and energy transition processes/pathways of private companies and public bodies, within the corporate factors (environmental, social and governance) indicated in the acronym ESG (Environmental Social Governance).
In detail, the Sustainability Manager will be able to:
- identify company strategies and manage all aspects related to consumption, emissions, waste, proposing ‘green’ solutions (reducing environmental impact);
- analyse quality standards related to product safety;
- dealing with equal opportunities and occupational health and safety; analysing
- suppliers’ offers;
- support corporate identity communication and internal training by disseminating sustainability concepts; verifying full
- compliance with environmental regulations in production processes;
- draw up sustainability plans and balance sheets.
The training course is realised in collaboration with Demetra Special Purpose Vehicle srls, which carries out consultancy activities for organisations and companies and coordinates training projects for both public and private bodies.
The deadline for enrolment in the master’s course is extended to 28 February 2025.
