IUL’s technological pole has been opened in the Marche region: the agreement with Poliarte Academy was signed
IUL – Italian university line is an online university, founded in 2005 and promoted by two public partners: the University of Florence and the public research body, Indire. It provides degree programmes and professional training courses recognised by the Ministry of Education. In the 2017-2018 academic year, IUL provides the bachelor’s degree programme in “Methods and techniques of educational interactions” (L19) and the master’s degree programme “Educational innovation and lifelong learning” ( LM57). The university organises professional master courses and training courses in partnership with renowned companies such as Sole24Ore, GiuntiAcademy, Erickson e Tuttoscuola.
Poliarte is an arts academy headquartered in Ancona, with also some territorial branches, offering bachelor’s degree programmes on fashion, design, visual communication and multimedia. Poliarte was founded in 1972 and is part of the AFAM art system of the Ministry of Education, University and Research. It collaborates with companies in the Marche region and with the main national industries.
Thanks to this partnership, Poliarte becomes a technological pole of IUL online university with the aim of offering professional training courses, providing orientation and exam locations.
Massimiliano Bizzocchi, IUL’s Director declared, «It is an honour for us to start a collaboration with the Poliarte Academy in Ancona, an institution with more than 40 years of experience in the sector. Building up a technological pole will provide the opportunity to set up joint projects and broader our scope. This is a sign of attention towards the students in the Marche region who will have a state-of-the-art location».

The academy has always activated degree programmes addressed to everyone wishing to work in the sectors of fashion, design, visual communication, cinema and multimedia. Besides the Academy, Poliarte can count on a large base of partnerships with companies and institutions not only in the Marche region. Moreover, since its beginning, Poliarte works also with IPSE, the European institute of Psychology and Ergonomics, making its services and its educational offer more complete».
