Marianna D’Ezio ha dedicato la sua formazione e carriera all'approfondimento della lingua e della letteratura inglese, conseguendo un Dottorato di Ricerca presso l'Università di Roma “Sapienza” e l’abilitazione all’insegnamento della lingua, cultura e civiltà inglese. Ha focalizzato gran parte della sua esperienza professionale sull'insegnamento della Lingua e Traduzione Inglese a livello universitario ricoprendo la carica di docente a contratto e cultore della materia in numerose istituzioni accademiche in Italia (Università per Stranieri di Perugia, RomaTre, Sapienza, Cassino), negli Stati Uniti (University of California) e nel Regno Unito (Oxford Brookes). Ha sviluppato una metodologia didattica mirata alla grammatica avanzata, alla sintassi, all’insegnamento dell’inglese in contesti specifici e alle tecniche di traduzione. Il suo impegno nella ricerca è testimoniato dalla pubblicazione di libri, saggi e numerosi articoli sulla letteratura inglese e angloamericana. Inoltre, ha attivamente partecipato come relatrice a convegni nazionali e internazionali. Ha svolto l'attività di traduttrice di classici e al momento continua la sua attività di docente presso Marymount International School di Roma.
